Hatrack Digital & ventures

I started Hatrack Digital in 2026 to test some ideas of my own and see how much of a business I could build without assembling a small army first.

Hatrack Digital LLC is my small venture studio in Portland, Maine. I work across the brand, interface, implementation, and early operations. Some ideas have gone from concept to launch in around two weeks; others need more time to find their shape.

I usually start with a clear audience, a Minimum Viable Brand, and a question I can test. Then I build a working version, refine the experience, and put it in front of people. On suitable projects, I bring the working interface back into Figma to build the reusable components and documentation around it.

These are early-stage ventures, with plenty still to learn. I also work on collaborative projects through Hatrack, including the Cabinet Card Archive.
