Project story

I’m embedded with The Action Company’s Growth Marketing team, working on customer-facing creative across digital and print. My role combines hands-on production with art direction for internal team members and outside vendors.

Making recurring work easier

Alongside campaign and marketing materials, I build reusable Figma systems and templates. I also develop custom internal utilities for repetitive design tasks, so colleagues have more options for getting routine work done themselves.

That balance matters to me: staying involved in the immediate work while improving the resources the team has for the next round. This is an ongoing consulting engagement through my independent practice.
